Lifestyle Coaching
Support your health through everyday habits that fit your life. Our personalized lifestyle coaching focuses on movement, restorative sleep, and sustainable changes you can maintain.
Alongside cardiovascular risk assessment, bone health optimization, and blood sugar optimization, we help you understand your health priorities and create a practical plan to support them—so you can feel stronger, improve your energy, and move forward with confidence.
Medical Weight Management
Midlife can change how your body responds to food, exercise, and sleep—and the strategies that once worked may no longer meet your needs.
At Gaia Women’s Wellness in Newburyport, MA, we offer medically guided weight management for women navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. Our approach looks beyond the number on the scale, considering your metabolic health, hormonal changes, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, body composition, and medical history. When appropriate, prescription weight-management medications may be incorporated alongside personalized nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations. Together, we create a plan that fits your life, with a focus on sustainable progress and a stronger foundation for long-term health.
Personalized Perimenopause & Menopause Care
Perimenopause and menopause are natural transitions, but you don’t have to simply accept symptoms that affect how you feel or live. At Gaia Women’s Wellness in Newburyport, MA, we provide individualized care for women navigating hormonal changes in midlife. Whether you’re noticing new changes or have been searching for answers for years, we help you understand your symptoms and explore your treatment options, including menopause hormone therapy (MHT) when appropriate. Care begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, medical history, risk factors, lifestyle, and goals. If hormone therapy is prescribed, treatment is personalized, carefully monitored, and adjusted based on your response over time. Our approach considers the whole picture of your health—beyond a single lab value—to support informed decisions and help you feel more like yourself.
